An anti-fog head-mounted display device (10) and a corresponding anti-fog method. The head-mounted display device (10) comprises a supporting frame (20), and an optical display module (30), a dew point sensor (40), a temperature adjusting device (50) and a circuit board assembly (60) which are arranged on the supporting frame (20). The optical display module (30), the dew point sensor (40) and the temperature adjusting device (50) are all electrically connected to the circuit board assembly (60). The optical display module (30) is provided with a surface (30a), and the surface (30a) is a surface, facing a closed space, of the optical display module (30), the closed space being a space formed between the head-mounted display device (10) and the head of a wearer. The dew point sensor (40) is used for acquiring the humidity and/or temperature of the closed space. The circuit board assembly (60) is used for calculating the dew point temperature of the closed space according to the humidity and/or the temperature; and when the temperature of a surface (30a) does not exceed the dew point temperature, the temperature adjusting device (50) is controlled to increase the temperature of the surface (30a) and/or reduce the humidity of the closed space.
