Abstract:
An anti-forge coated white card paper is disclosed. Pattern layer is formed between the layers of white card paper by spraying. The pattern layer comprises one or more layers, and it is colorless, colored, or fluorescent. The pattern can be regular or irregular figure, such as line, curve, symbol of company, and LOGO of client etc. The anti-forge coated white card paper is manufactured by the following steps: (i) pulping; (ii) delivering the pulp used for each layer to paper machine to manufacture paper; (iii) spraying the paper to form the pattern layer in wire section of the paper machine.
