Abstract:
Disclosed is an anti-fuse module wherein an anti-fuse element does not break down when the anti-fuse module is mounted.
The anti-fuse module is provided with: the anti-fuse element (10), which is provided with an insulating layer, a pair of electrode layers formed on the upper and lower surfaces of the insulating layer, and a mounting electrode electrically connected to each of the electrode layers; and an electrostatic protection element (50), which is connected in parallel to the anti-fuse element (10).
