The present invention relates to an anti-glare LED lighting device that comprises: a lower case part having a plurality of flat inner surfaces such that the light emitting hole in the bottom surface thereof has a polygonal shape; an upper case part located on the upper side of the lower case part to receive a power supply unit therein; substrates coupled to the flat inner surfaces of the lower case part, respectively, and having LEDs mounted thereon such that light emitting planes are directed toward the central portion of the polygon; a plurality of heat dissipation fins protruding from the lower case part and located along the outer periphery of the lower case part, wherein the space between the heat dissipation fins extends in the up and down direction of the lower case part; a reflection part coupled to cover the light emitting hole of the lower case part and having a plurality of inclined surfaces to individually expose the LEDS mounted on the substrates toward the light emitting hole; and a cover part that covers the light emitting hole of the lower case part, wherein the cover part is a diffusion plate that diffuses light.
