Abstract:
Provided are anti-HER2 antibodies and use thereof, and specifically provided are a series of anti-HER2 antibodies. The antibodies have high binding affinity for HER2, have cross-reaction activity with human and cynomolgus monkey HER2, and exhibit good thermal stability, and show excellent anti-tumor effect in various tumors (such as neurocytoma, breast cancer, ovarian cancer, gastric cancer, lung cancer, kidney cancer, intestinal cancer, pancreatic cancer, bladder cancer, and the like).
