Abstract:
The present invention relates to: an anti-HIV-1 composition containing SCOTIN protein and a nucleotide encoding same; a use of preventing and treating HIV-1 infection, containing the composition; or a method for inhibiting the generation and proliferation of the virus, and the SCOTIN protein has effects on the expression and action of important structural proteins of HIV-1, thereby effectively inhibiting the generation and proliferation of HIV-1.
