An anti-icing cover and a ship, relating to the technical field of shipbuilding. The anti-icing cover comprises a support plate (1) and a protective cover (2). The support plate (1) is fixed on a ship hull, and is provided with first accommodating holes (101) at positions corresponding to an anode plate and a reference electrode. The protective cover (2) comprises a bottom plate (201) and multiple protective plates (202). The bottom plate (201) is detachably connected to the end face of the support plate (1) distant from the ship hull, and is provided with a second accommodating hole (203). The second accommodating hole (203) is communicated with the first accommodating holes (101). The multiple protective plates (202) are protrudingly arranged on the end face of the bottom plate (201) distant from the support plate (1) at intervals. Fixedly connecting the supporting plate (1) to the ship hull and detachably providing the protective cover (2) on the support plate (1) facilitate installation, maintenance and replacement of the protective cover (2). The multiple protective plates (202) protrudingly arranged on the bottom plate (201) at intervals prevent icebergs in water from impacting the anode plate and the reference electrode, without affecting the normal operation of the anode plate and the reference electrode, thereby effectively protecting the anode plate and the reference electrode.
