Abstract:

The present invention relates to an anti-icing/de-icing honeycomb core composite material and a method for manufacturing same. The anti-icing/de-icing honeycomb core composite material may be manufactured by a method comprising: a forming step of forming an electromagnetic wave-absorbing layer by using dielectric fibers; a shaping step of shaping the electromagnetic wave-absorbing layer into a honeycomb core structure by using a shaping part including a first base, a second base, and an inner block; a curing step of curing the honeycomb core structure, and a removing step of removing the shaping part, wherein the shaping step includes: a first lamination step of laminating the plurality of inner blocks and the plurality of electromagnetic wave-absorbing layers on the first base into a honeycomb core structure such that the electromagnetic wave-absorbing layer is positioned between the plurality of inner blocks, the first base having a plurality of grooves in which the hexagonal pillar-shaped inner blocks can be stably placed; and a second lamination step of covering the inner block and the electromagnetic wave-absorbing layer laminated on the first base with the second base having the same shape as the first base.
