Abstract:
Provided is an anti-impact material, comprising polyurethane elastomer units and polystyrene microsphere units connected by a chemical bond. Also provided is a preparation method for the anti-impact material. The anti-impact material comprises polyurethane elastomer units with a relatively low glass transition temperature, wherein same can absorb the impact energy at a low temperature; meanwhile, the anti-impact material also comprises polystyrene microsphere units; and at a high temperature, when the anti-impact material undergoes an impact, the impact energy is absorbed by means of the non-elastic and elastic collision between the polystyrene microsphere units. The anti-impact material can maintain an excellent impact resistance over a relatively wide temperature spectrum range.
