Abstract:
Provided is an anti-latch-up single-chip computer system, relating to the technical field of electronics. In the system, in the design of a power supply circuit, from the selection of a power supply to the design of a power supply filter, the external single-chip computer latch-up trigger risk caused on the side of the power supply is eliminated; in the design of a clock circuit, from the selection of a clock frequency to the layout of a clock circuit, the external single-chip computer latch-up trigger risk caused on the side of a high frequency clock signal is eliminated; in the design of a reset circuit, a reset circuit designed by means of a "light triggered" mechanism is used and has "shared power supply" and "isolated power supply" application compatibility, so that power supply detection and a leakage flow channel are linked in time, and the single-chip computer latch-up trigger risk caused by a reset signal is effectively avoided; a high priority interruption and a leakage current channel are linked in time, data safety is ensured, output ports are switched off in order, and the external forming condition of the latch-up of a single-chip computer is effectively disintegrated; and an effective I/O port application method is adopted, and the external single-chip computer latch-up trigger risk caused on the side of an I/O port is eliminated.
