Abstract:
An anti-loose and anti-theft device for nut includes a thin-wall sleeve, a round screwed washer and a spiral wedge. A helical convolute of about a cycle is provided in a inside hole on the bottom of the thin-wall sleeve, and a through-hole is located in front of the helical convolute, thus, by helical convolute, the spiral wedge is pressed on a conical surface in the hole of the round screwed washer, and a notch in front of the helical convolute can support the large end of the spiral wedge. Because of the inside hole of the large end of the thin-wall sleeve tightly fits the outer circle of the round screwed washer, the spiral wedge can be joined together with the round screwed washer by the thin-wall sleeve. They will be screwed successfully on a bolt or on a nut as long as the initial mount position of the spiral wedge is held. The mount is convenient and a special tool isn't needed. When said device reverses anticlockwise, the notch of the helical convolute in the thin-wall sleeve can depart away from the tail of the large end of the spiral wedge, at the time, the half-baked thread crest presses tightly on the spiral wedge. When the device is assembled on a bolt, the larger the reversal angle, the better the locking effect, so, the object of anti-loose and anti-theft for nut can be obtained.
