ANTI-LOOSENING BOLT COMPONENT HAVING DISASSEMBLY CONTROLLED BY PRESET TORQUE

An anti-loosening bolt component the disassembly of which is controlled by preset torque, comprising a bolt (11), a nut (21) and a stop washer (31) which match each other, wherein the bolt (11) is provided with an axial groove (1103); the nut (21) is provided with a ratchet structure (2103); the stop washer (31) is provided with a horizontal protrusion (3101) that matches the axial groove (1103) and elastic pawls (3102) that match the ratchet structure (2103); and the horizontal protrusion (3101) is provided with a prefabricated notch (3103). There is a difference of one between the number of ratchets of the ratchet structure (2103) and the number of elastic pawls (3102), so that the nut (21) may be engaged and locked needing only a minimal rotating angle. The preset torque of the prefabricated notch (3103) may be set according to safety factors required for the prevention of loosening, so that a bolt component may accurately perform anti-loosing according to actual requirements, and the bolt loosing problem of the bolt component may be prevented and controlled. When the unscrewing torque is greater than the preset torque, the nut (21) may be disassembled.
