ANTI-LOOSENING FASTENER, THREADED FASTENING SET, AND THREADED FASTENING ASSEMBLY

Disclosed is an anti-loosening fastener, which has a threaded portion; the threaded portion has at least two threaded sections, all of the threaded sections have a same geometric parameter, the distance between center lines of adjacent pairs of roots of any one threaded section is a pitch, and the distance between a center line of a root of any one threaded section and a center line of a root of an adjacent threaded section is equal to a non-integer multiple of the pitch. Upon comparison with the prior art, utilization of the present anti-loosening fastener can effectively eliminate a fit clearance of a screw and a nut in both an axial direction and a radial direction when said screw and nut are in a fastened state, the screw is prevented from moving in both the radial direction and the axial direction, and an axial preload force necessary for fastening is provided, so as to achieve a good anti-loosening effect. Also, further provided are a threaded fastening set that uses the described anti-loosening fastener as well as a threaded fastening assembly that uses the threaded fastening set.
