Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of optical anti-vibration devices. Disclosed are an anti-magnetic-interference optical anti-vibration voice coil motor and a manufacturing method therefor. The voice coil motor comprises a housing (1), at least three groups of magnets (2), a lens support (3), an energized elastic piece (4), and at least three coils (5). The magnets (2) are fixed onto the inner wall of the housing (1), and the coils (5) are mounted on the outer wall of the lens support (3), the coils (5) being opposite to the magnets (2). The energized elastic piece (4) is mechanically fixedly connected to the bottom of the lens support (3) and the housing (1). The energized elastic piece (4) is provided with at least three conductive paths, the conductive paths being in one-to-one correspondence to the coils (5), each conductive path being provided with an input end (411) and a common end (412) separated from each other and adjacent to each other. First and second line ends of each coil (5) are electrically connected to the corresponding input end and common end, respectively. The voice coil motor is easy to manufacture, and therefore high production efficiency is achieved. The focusing linearity of the voice coil motor is improved, and the accuracy and speed of automatic focusing are improved. Because the magnets are located on a stationary structure, the voice coil motor is unlikely to be affected by an external magnetic field during working.
