Abstract:
A monoclonal antibody capable of reacting with megsin protein expressed in mesangial cells and use thereof. For example, it becomes possible to diagnose the disease type of a renal disorder by determining the staining density of megsin protein localized in mesangial cells by means of immunohistological staining using the monoclonal antibody.
