Provided is an anti-glare/antireflection member which has excellent visibility. An anti-glare/antireflection member (1) is provided with a base (10) and an antireflection layer (20). The surface layer of the base (10) is provided with an anti-glare layer (10a) that has a recessed and projected structure. The antireflection layer (20) is provided on the anti-glare layer (10a).
