Abstract:
The present invention provides a cancer cell-specific anti-podoplanin antibody or an antigen-binding fragment thereof. The anti-podoplanin antibody is against the amino acid sequence of human podoplanin represented by SEQ ID NO: 1, the sequence having an epitope in a region including Thr85, the Thr85 having a sialic acid-containing O-type sugar chain attached thereto.
