An anti-powder-falling film coating agent for a ceramic aggregate green body, a film coating system and a film coating method. Water glass, highly adhesive attapulgite clay, high-liquid-limit clay and water are mixed according to a set proportion and then subjected to high-speed discrete stirring, so as to prepare a stable slurry; and the prepared stable slurry is uniformly attached to the surface of a ceramic aggregate green body to form a coating film. By coating the surface of a ceramic aggregate green body with a high-strength and wear-resistant film layer, sufficient wear resistance is provided for the green body before the green body is sintered, so that powder falling is greatly reduced. In addition, parameters such as the strength of an aggregate product are effectively improved by means of a reaction with an aggregate matrix during the aggregate sintering process, so that the problem of powder falling while grinding, which is easily caused by the insufficient strength of a ceramic particle green body during the ceramic aggregate production process and during the drying process after the green body is formed, is solved.
