Abstract:
Disclosed is a substituted nitroimidazole derivative, in particular, disclosed are a compound as shown in formula (I), a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof or a stereoisomer thereof, a pharmaceutical composition comprising the above-mentioned compound, and the use of same for treating related diseases caused by mycobacterial infections, such as Mycobacterium tuberculosis, especially diseases caused by drug-resistant Mycobacterium tuberculosis.
