Abstract:
An anti-risk preparation device (10) is provided with an information acquisition unit (11), a plan generation unit (12), a storage unit (13), and a plan execution unit (15). The information acquisition unit (11) receives prediction information (D11) for predicting the occurrence of a risk. The storage unit (13) stores the content of preparatory work for a facility (50) provided in a building (40) in correlation to the type and level of the risk included in the prediction information (D11). The plan generation unit (12) generates, on the basis of the prediction information (D11), an operation plan for the facility (50) so that the content of preparatory work is realized before the risk occurs. The plan execution unit (15) instructs that the facility (50) be controlled in accordance with the operation plan.
