Abstract:
Disclosed are an anti-scald device for a beverage making machine and a beverage brewing and heat preservation method, which aim to solve the problems about how to distinguish the brewing temperatures of a manual brewing mode and an automatic brewing mode and how to prevent the hot fluid scald during brewing. For this purpose, the anti-scald device is characterized by comprising a brewing vessel (14) arranged in a beverage making machine (1) and an anti-scald sensor (32) in a cap (17), wherein the anti-scald sensor (32) is used for detecting whether the cap (17) is opened, and a controller (30) of the beverage (1) making machine acquires a signal from the anti-scald sensor (32) to enable a pump (21) to stop operating when receiving the signal indicating the cap is (17) is opened during brewing. By means of the anti-scald sensor (32), respectively setting the temperatures of a manual brewing mode and an automatic brewing mode can be realized, and at the same time the problem of hot fluid scald can be avoided.
