Abstract:
An anti-scaling spool, belonging to the technical field of spools. The anti-scaling spool comprises a cylindrical housing (1) having a cavity and a spool rod (2) passing through the cylindrical housing (1) and capable of moving axially along the cylindrical housing (1). A lower end of the spool rod (2) extends out of a lower end of the cylindrical housing (1). A waterproof jacket (3) made from an elastic sealing material is connected between the lower end of the spool rod (2) and the lower end of the cylindrical housing (1). The waterproof jacket (3) comprises, sequentially from top to bottom, a sleeving section (31) and a telescopic section (32). A positioning head (11) is provided at the lower end of the cylindrical housing (1). The positioning head (11) is columnar, and the sleeving section (31) is sleeved outside the positioning head (11). A fastening sleeve (4) for fastening the sleeving section (31) and the positioning head (11) to each other is provided outside the sleeving section (31). A lower end of the telescopic section (32) is fixed at the lower end of the spool rod (2). A cavity (12) is provided at a lower end surface of the cylindrical housing (1). A position-limiting ring (5) is provided outside the fastening sleeve (4). An annular anti-escaping portion (41) is provided at an upper end of the fastening sleeve (4). In the anti-scaling spool, the fastening sleeve (4) is prevented from escaping, and the waterproof jacket (3) is firmly connected, thereby ensuring structural reliability and extending service life.
