An anti-shake oscillation mechanism comprises an oscillating lower voice coil motor (500), an oscillating upper voice coil motor (100), and a connecting member (300). The lower voice coil motor (500) comprises a lower rotating shaft (510) and a lower output frame (520) fixed on the lower rotating shaft (510). An upper voice coil motor (100) comprises an upper rotating shaft (11) and an upper output frame (123) fixed on the upper rotating shaft (11). The upper voice coil motor (100) is fixed on the lower output frame (520), and the connecting member (300) is fixed on the upper output frame (123). The upper rotating shaft (11) and the lower rotating shaft (510) are perpendicular to each other and are both perpendicular to a central line (700) of the anti-shake oscillation mechanism. In the anti-shake oscillation mechanism, the two oscillating voice coil motors are mounted and configured perpendicular to each other, such that the upper rotating shaft (11) and the lower rotating shaft (510) are perpendicular to each other and are both perpendicular to the central line (700) of the anti-shake oscillation mechanism, and an oscillation angle direction is rapidly and accurately adjusted for a component that is mounted on the connecting member (300) and that needs to be stabilized.
