Abstract:
An anti-skid manipulator, comprising a fixed frame (1), a horizontal drive mechanism (2), a movable base (3), a fixed plate (4), a hydraulic rod (5) and a support frame (7); a manipulator (8) is fixedly connected to one side at the bottom portion of the support frame (7); and further provided are a threaded rod (11), a gear (141), manipulator arms (143) and manipulator claws (146). The threaded rod (11) is driven by means of a motor (10) to rotate, sequentially driving the gear (141) and the two manipulator arms (143) to move, and the mechanical claws (146) on the two manipulator arms (143) are used to grab objects. Compared with manipulators that use hydraulic transmission, the present manipulator does not produce leakage, is not easily affected by temperature, has less energy loss and less noise.
