The present invention provides an anti-slip device for mounting on a pneumatic tire, wherein a fixing plate is attached to the wheel of the tire through an adapter, a support plate coupled with a plurality of anti-slip arms is fixed to the fixing plate, and then, a locking plate fastens the support plate to the lateral side of the tire. The adapter comprises: a fix clip, including a clip which is fitted and assembled in a form that surrounds a nut on the lateral side of the wheel of the tire and has six spaced arms, a nut hole on the rear side thereof and a protrusion protruded outward on the leading end of the arm, and including a cap in a cylindrical shape which covers the clip with an inner peripheral surface pressing the protrusion of the clip and has a nut hole on the rear side which is connected to the nut hole of the clip; a first bolt which has a bolt part in a protruding shaft shape on the front end thereof, wherein the bolt part is inserted into and screw-coupled with the connected cap and the nut holes of the clip, and which has the nut hole on the tail end thereof; and a second bolt which is screw-coupled with the nut hole on the rear side of the first bolt through a fixing hole formed on the fixing plate, and which fixes the fixing plate arranged on the rear side of the first bolt.
