Title:
ANTI-SLIP HANGER HAVING ANTI-SLIP MEMBER CAPABLE OF BEING MANUFACTURED THROUGH DOUBLE EXTRUSION
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2013/094989
Kind Code:
A3
Abstract:
The present invention is an anti-slip hanger having an anti-slip member capable of being manufactured through a double extrusion, the hanger having left and right shoulder hanging parts, each shoulder hanging part having an 'n' shaped cross section and including a recess part formed in the shoulder hanging part and recessed downwardly, a coupling part formed in the lengthwise direction along the center of the recess part; and an anti-slip member coupled to the joint part, arranged inside the recess part and arranged to be attachable/detachable to/from the joint part. The joint part includes a column part located in the center of the recess part, and coupling protrusions formed continuously in an equal spacing along the lengthwise direction on the left side and right side of the column part. The anti-slip member includes an elongated hard coupling body having a cross-section shaped as an arc which is larger than a half circle and which has a decreasing diameter as it goes downwardly, the hard coupling body having at the lower both sides thereof elongated coupling ends extending inwardly and coupled to the coupling protrusions; and a soft coating part formed along the circumference of the surface of the coupling body and contacting inner surfaces of the shoulder parts of the top so as to prevent the top from sliding. The coupling body and the coating part are formed into a single body having a horizontally elongated shape by a double extrusion method.
