Abstract:
[Problem] To provide an anti-static element that, by means of the present configuration, has low electrostatic capacitance, has a superior durability and shorting rate, and can suppress short-circuit damage and peak voltage. [Solution] Provided is an anti-static element having: an insulating substrate; electrodes disposed facing each other at a distance from each other on the insulating substrate; and a discharge-inducing unit disposed between the electrodes. The discharge-inducing unit has a hollow structure that comprises a porous substance discontinuously dotted with minute air gaps and that has at least one hollow section, and the surface forming the hollow structure has a minute structure.
