Abstract:
An anti-sticking welding control circuit (30) for lifting arc striking, the control circuit (30) comprising a main loop (1) and an arc striking loop (2), which is connected thereto in parallel. During lifting arc striking, the main loop is turned off and the arc striking loop is turned on. The arc striking loop comprises an auxiliary transformer, a constant current source, an arc striking inductor and an arc striking switch, wherein the auxiliary transformer is connected to an output of a primary inverter (20) of a welding power source; the constant current source is connected to a secondary side of the auxiliary transformer, and an energy storage element in the constant current source defines an output current of same; the arc striking inductor is connected to the energy storage element, and has an inductance greater than a main loop arc striking inductor; and the arc striking switch is connected to the arc striking inductor and a loop electrode (3). In a short-circuit stage of the loop electrode, on the basis of a variation in an output of the energy storage element, the arc striking inductor stabilizes an arc striking current that is output by the arc striking loop, wherein the arc striking current is less than a welding rated current of the main loop. In a lifting stage, the voltage of the auxiliary transformer is output in a maximum state, and the arc striking inductor stabilizes the arc striking current on the basis of the lifting of the electrode. Further disclosed is a welding power source, wherein an arc striking loop is completely connected to a main loop in parallel by means of an auxiliary transformer, such that an arc striking inductor with a large inductance in the arc striking loop does not have any influence on the characteristics of a welding current of the main loop.
