Abstract:
An anti-symmetric arrangement-type single piezoelectric stack-driven bidirectional rotary inertial actuator, and a method. The actuator is composed of an upper end cover, a bearing, an output shaft, a rotating disc and an actuating mechanism. The actuating mechanism is machined in one piece, and is anti-symmetrically arranged around the center of a rhombic ring comprised therein. The inside of the rhombic ring is axially interference-fitted with a piezoelectric stack. Planes on both sides of the rhombic ring in an axial direction are rigidly connected with an L-shaped lever amplifying mechanism, respectively. One end of an axial rod of the L-shaped lever amplifying mechanism is connected to a mounting base via a flexible hinge, and the other end is fixedly connected with a transverse rod member, and a friction foot is machined to protrude above the transverse rod member. The rotating disc is horizontally placed above the friction foot of the actuating mechanism, and an output shaft is arranged at the center of upper surface of the rotating disc. The output shaft is connected to the spindle-shaped upper end cover by means of a bearing, and both ends of the upper end cover are provided with a mounting through hole, through which the output shaft is closely connected to the actuating mechanism at the bottom end by bolts. The invention has the advantages of small size and novel structure, and can realize high-precision bidirectional rotary motion smoothly only by driving a single piezoelectric stack.
