Provided in the present invention are an anti-theft dialogue establishing method, device and computer storage medium. The present invention is to solve a problem of being difficult to control a lost terminal and protect data of an owner thereof. The anti-theft dialogue establishing method comprises: upon receiving an anti-theft dialogue instruction and information of dialogue connecting method, authenticating the anti-theft dialogue instruction; once the authentication for the anti-theft dialogue instruction is successful, establishing a dialogue with a sender of the anti-theft dialogue instruction according to the information of dialogue connecting method. The solution enables a user to establish a connection to the lost terminal in a more convenient way, and facilitates the owner to control the lost terminal, protect the data thereof and increase possibility for the user to recover the lost terminal.
