Abstract:
An anti-tumour compound based on JWA gene activation and HER2 degradation, a preparation method therefor, and a use thereof. The anti-tumour compound is the compound of formula I. The preparation method is using two compounds to synthesise the compound of formula I via a one-step reaction. The use is preparing a JWA gene activation agent or anti-tumour drugs. The anti-tumour compound and pharmaceutical salts thereof can effectively activate the expression of JWA protein and further specifically degrade overexpressed HER2 protein by means of the cascade activation of E3 ubiquinated enzymes to inhibit the proliferation and in vivo growth of tumour cells.
