Abstract:
An anti-vibration coupling structure for a long-shaft pump, the structure comprising a first half-coupling, a second half-coupling and a reinforcing plate positioned between the first half-coupling and the second half-coupling, wherein the reinforcing plate is provided with a plurality of kidney-shaped grooves in an annular array; a first circular-arc bolt and a first circular-arc groove are arranged at the bottom of the first half-coupling; and the second half-coupling is provided with a second circular-arc bolt, which cooperates with and is connected to the kidney-shaped grooves and the first circular-arc groove, and a second circular-arc groove which cooperates with and is connected to the kidney-shaped grooves and the first circular-arc bolt. The anti-vibration coupling structure plays the role of preventing vibration at a junction of an electric motor shaft and a pump shaft. The reinforcing plate and a sealing rubber ring are additionally mounted in the coupling structure, thereby solving the problem of abrasion of a contact surface caused by insufficient cooperation of the first half-coupling and the second half-coupling of the coupling structure, and prolonging the service life of the coupling structure.
