Abstract:
An anti-vibration device for a vehicle-mounted instrument, comprising a casing (1), wherein an observation port (2) is formed on an upper surface of the casing (1). Both sides of an inner bottom surface of the casing (1) are hinged with uprights (3), and a limit ring (4) is in bolted connection to each upright (3). A shock-absorbing spring (5) is sleeved on each upright (3) above the limit ring (4), and a sliding sleeve (6) is sleeved on each upright (3) above the shock-absorbing spring (5). One side of each sliding sleeve (6) is welded to have an L-shaped bending rod (7). Sliding tubes (8) are hinged on an inner bottom surface of the casing (1), and a sliding rod (9) is installed in each sliding tube (8) in a sliding manner. A buffer spring (10) is placed inside each sliding tube (8), and each sliding rod (9) is welded to have a stud (11). A pressure plate (13) is slidably installed in the stud (11), and a top end of each stud (11) is bolted to a nut (12). The device may absorb the vertical shock of the instrument on the bending rod (7), and may also buffer the horizontal force of the instrument.
