Abstract:
Disclosed is an anti-vibration LED spotlight, comprising a lamp (1), a U-shaped bracket (2) and a vibration absorber (3). The upper end of the lamp (1) is provided with a fixing base (4), two sides of the fixing base (4) are fixedly connected to two ends of the U-shaped bracket (2) by means of screws, and first vibration-absorption rubber gaskets (5) are arranged between the two sides of the fixing base (4) and the two ends of the U-shaped bracket (2). The vibration absorber (3) is L-shaped, wherein one end of the vibration absorber is provided with a support frame (6), the support frame (6) being connected to an inner side face of the U-shaped bracket (2), and a second vibration-absorption rubber gasket (7) being arranged between the support (6) and the inner side face of the U-shaped bracket (2); and the other end of the vibration absorber (3) is mounted on a mechanical arm by means of a screw. In the anti-vibration LED spotlight, stress friction between the lamp (1) and the vibration absorber (3) is reduced by means of adding a vibration absorber (3) in front of the lamp (1) and by additionally attaching a rubber body to the vibration absorber (3). The long-term reliable and stable operation of the lamp (1) may be realized by means of two vibration-absorption measures, and the lamp is suitable for an environment where heavy machinery vibrates. The anti-vibration LED spotlight is provided with a primary anti-vibration carrier so as to decrease the vibration amplitude, and additionally decreases the vibration frequency by means of a secondary anti-vibration function carried by the spotlight, thereby ensuring that the lamp (1) works in a working environment with a relatively small vibration amplitude and a slight displacement.
