Abstract:
Disclosed is an anti-warping high-temperature-resistant reinforced polyamide composition, comprising the following components in percentages by weight: 13.58%‑82.98% of at least one semi-crystalline polyamide; 2%‑20% of at least one amorphous semi-aromatic polyamide; 0.01%‑5% of a metal salt compound; 15%-60% of a filler; and 0.01%‑12% of a polyamide modifier. The polyamide composition is better than existing polyamide compositions containing metal salts and highly branched compounds in terms of mechanical properties and surface appearance, and has many improved physical properties and moldability, including improved surface appearance of mold parts.
