Abstract:
The present invention relates to an antiaging composition for an external preparation for skin, containing an extract of germinated Glycine gracilis as an active ingredient, and, more specifically, to a composition for an external preparation for skin, having excellent antiaging effects by containing an extract of Glycine gracilis germinated in a culture medium having cinnamic acid added thereto. The use of the composition for an external preparation for skin according to the present invention increases the expression of dermal fibroblasts for synthesizing collagen, inhibits the expression and activity of collagenase, and thereby has excellent antiaging effects such as enhancing skin elasticity and reducing wrinkles.
