Abstract:
[PROBLEMS] To attain decomposition of allergen, imparting of antibacterial and antioxidant properties and enhancement of calcium absorbing capability. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] Raw milk immediately after drawing is heated to about 40° to 45°C, and at that time a silicic acid bacterium containing water is added thereto. With respect to the addition ratio, 70 ml of silicon bacterium water is added per 1000 ml of raw milk. After the addition, the heating is temporarily discontinued, and under afterheat, the mixture is agitated and allowed to stand still for about 30 to 35 min. Thereafter, the mixture is re-heated to 90°C for sterilization and sterilized, thereby obtaining a controlled milk.
