Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a metal-ion-containing antibacterial composition that does not readily change color or aggregate after being dissolved using water. [Solution] One embodiment of the present invention is an antibacterial composition comprising a metal ion, an amino acid, and a surfactant. Another embodiment of the present invention is a solid antibacterial composition comprising a metal ion and guanylic acid. The present invention creates an effect by which metal ions are stabilized, and color-changing properties and stability as a solution are improved. This solid antibacterial composition is preferably manufactured as a spray-dried or freeze-dried product.
