Abstract:
The present invention pertains to an antibacterial functional fiber yarn containing a copper nanopowder, and a method for manufacturing same. More specifically, the present invention pertains to: an antibacterial functional fiber yarn manufactured by spinning a masterbatch containing a copper nanopowder which is formed by an electric wire explosion method and includes a surface layer; a method for manufacturing same; an antibacterial functional fabric manufactured using an antibacterial functional fiber yarn; and antibacterial functional clothing. The copper nanopowder, which is included in an antibacterial functional fiber yarn, used in a method for manufacturing the same, included in an antibacterial functional fabric manufactured with an antibacterial functional fiber yarn, and included in antibacterial functional clothing, according to the present invention can be mass-produced without a pulverization process, has a short manufacturing process time, and can be produced by a simple and highly energy-efficient process. In addition, since the copper nanopowder dispersed on the surface of the fiber yarn according to the present invention is barely eluted and can be highly dispersed on the surface even after the fiber yarn is washed, the fiber yarn has the effect of exhibiting excellent properties (antibacterial properties, conductivity) of the copper nanopowder.
