Abstract:
The present utility model relates to the technical field of home appliance manufacturing, and provided thereby is an antibacterial home appliance lining plate, which comprises a substrate and further comprises a first pretreatment passivation layer covering one surface of the substrate, a foam affinity back coat layer covering a surface of the first pretreatment passivation layer, a second pretreatment passivation layer covering the other surface of the substrate, a primer layer covering a surface of the second pretreatment passivation layer, and an antibacterial top coat layer covering a surface of the primer layer. The antibacterial top coat layer is a pre-roll coated coat layer that is doped by a nano inorganic antibacterial agent; and the foam affinity back coat layer is an epoxy resin coat layer having strong polarity. The described home appliance lining plate may fulfill sheet metal processing such as bending and stamping, has an obvious antibacterial effect, and has a high foam affinity housing material.
