Abstract:
An antibacterial non-woven fabric, comprising the following components in part by weight: 75-100 parts of polypropylene, 10-25 parts of sodium p-styrenesulfonate, 10-20 parts of a silane coupling agent, 0.15-1 part of polyhexamethylene biguanidine hydrochloride, 0.05-0.4 part of zinc salt, 1-5 parts of bamboo charcoal fibers, and 0.01-0.1 part of nanoscale fumed silica. Also disclosed are a preparation method for the antibacterial non-woven fabric and a mask with the antibacterial non-woven fabric. The antibacterial non-woven fabric is processed into an antibacterial non-woven fabric layer of a certain size to be applied into the mask for concentratedly resisting bacteria, filtering out dust particles and preventing air from passing through gaps, so that no air circulation occurs, and the effect is promoted from the structural layer that air passes through all layers of a mask body for sterilization and filtering and then enters the mouth and the nose, and the prevention effect is accordingly achieved by preventing bacteria from spreading through the air and the saliva.
