Abstract:
Antibacterial, pH regulator, Lime and Corrosion Inhibitor This invention transmits AF frequency in 600-3000 KHz square waves in different lengths produced in the Electronic circuit to the coils; and serves as a breaker. It has been proved to serve as an Antibacterial, pH regulator, Lime and Corrosion Inhibitor in all places requiring water, all water treatment activities, municipal waters, well waters, washing machines, dish washers, heating systems, automobiles, ships, hospitals and sanitariums, hotels, schools, swimming pools, poultry farms, bovine animal/small cattle farms, medicine factories, cosmetics factories, industrial cooling towers, car washing activities, military units, food factories, bread bakeries, patisseries, textile, paint, paper, leather, sugar, agriculture and agricultural watering activities, beer industrial, construction concrete mixtures. Furthermore, Antibacterial, pH regulator, Lime and Corrosion Inhibitor cleans and recycles active alkaline water obtained in grinding and fabric washing activities in a closed circuit within a short time. Similarly, neutralizes and cleans the acidic waters with closed circuit and transform it into a usable form. In other words, Antibacterial, pH regulator, Lime and Corrosion Inhibitor has been proved to be used safely in each unit where water is used. Equation (formula) has been specified in the Article 15 on Page 7 within Claim 1. Ground plug cable (1), Adaptor (power supply) (2), Body electricity input (electronic circuit) (3), Protection Box might be realized in 3 options. Claims

1. Antibacterial pH regulator, lime and corrosion inhibitor is in the nature of a single device and the device comprises of frequency generator electronic card, coil winding on plastics, heat resistant pipe, stainless metal protection pipe on the plastics pipe and coil, plastics or aluminum metal protection box protecting the electronic card, and on the box, the unions on water input and output so that it could be installed on the place easily where LED light display will be used to show it is working.

2. The devices specified in the Claim 1 comprises of frequency generator electronic card, coil winding on plastics heat-resistant pipe, stainless metal protection pipe on the plastics pipe and coil, plastics or aluminum metal protection box protecting the electronic card, the unions on water input and output so that it could be installed on the place easily where LED light display will be used to show it is working.

3. The device specified in the Claim 1 is an antibacterial pH regulator, lime and corrosion inhibitor and there is not any hamper in water input and output.

4. The device specified in the Claim 1 is an antibacterial pH regulator, lime and corrosion inhibitor and it has unions to establish connections.

5. The device specified in the Claim 1 is an antibacterial pH regulator, lime and corrosion inhibitor and includes a LED light to show it is working.

6. The device specified in the Claim 1 is an antibacterial pH regulator, lime and corrosion inhibitor and it includes a chromium covering.

7. The device specified in the Claim 1 is an antibacterial pH regulator, lime and corrosion inhibitor and includes coil to regulate the water on the water input and output.

8. The device specified in the Claim 1 is an antibacterial pH regulator, lime and corrosion inhibitor and has in the structure of being resistant against the hot and cold water.

9. The device specified in the Claim 1 is an antibacterial pH regulator, lime and corrosion inhibitor and is resistant against minimum - maximum bar pressure.

10. The device specified in the Claim 1 is an antibacterial pH regulator, lime and corrosion inhibitor and includes an aluminum and stainless electronic circuit box.

1 1. The device specified in the Claim 1 is an antibacterial pH regulator, lime and corrosion inhibitor and uses AF frequency to prevent bacteria.

12. The device specified in the Claim 1 is an antibacterial pH regulator, lime and corrosion inhibitor and uses AF frequency to eliminate lime and corrosion in the water.

13. The device specified in the Claim 1 is an antibacterial pH regulator, lime and corrosion inhibitor and uses AF frequency to regulate pH.

14. The device specified in the Claim 1 is an antibacterial pH regulator, lime and corrosion inhibitor and related to ensuring the pH value of bacteria and water to be suitable for human health and industry.

15. The device specified in the Claim 1 is an antibacterial pH regulator, lime and corrosion inhibitor and when the values obtained as the result of the experiments conducted have been examined, it has been seen that Antibacterial pH regulator, lime and corrosion inhibitor spoils the molecule structure of the lime and regulates pH and inhibits lime and corrosion.

CaC03 precipitated in the way shown above is turned into Ca(HC03)2 which is not precipitated in the water and avoided from the water.

H2CO3 and CaC03 available in the environment react and turn into not precipitating compounds.

Besides, CaC03 (weak acid salt/alkaline salt) and H2C03 (weak acid) form buffered solution and pH value of buffered solutions and low amount of acid or alkaline addition do not differ in a high level. Therefore, pH is ensured to be fixed.

The device specified in the Claim 1 is an antibacterial pH regulator, lime and corrosion inhibitor and consists of Ground plug cable (1 ), Adaptor (power supply) (2), Electronic circuit (3), Protection Box which might be realized in 3 options. 20. The device specified in the Claim 1 is an antibacterial pH regulator, lime and corrosion inhibitor and city electric energy is used on all parts inside and outside of the invention as ground plug cable (1 ).

21. The invention of antibacterial, pH regulator, Lime and Corrosion Inhibitor enters to the electronic circuit as 12 volts DC via Adaptor (power supply) (2) through which the electricity for 220v. obtained from cityelectric network passes.

22. Voltage is transformed as 5 volts DC within the electronic circuit (3) and AF frequency in 600-3000 KHz square waves in different lengths produced in the Electronic circuit are transmitted to the coils; and serves as a breaker. It brings the signals which it has produced into the different frequency sizes and transmits to the coil.

23. Protection box might comprise with 3 different options (4) (Aluminum box, plastics box, stainless).

24. LED bulb shows frequencies in AF 600-3000 KHz in different lengths as light and it means that the invention is working.

25. Union (6) (water input) is the part designed to be adapted for each unit of water used. This part is in different diameters and it is adapted based on the installation status.

The device specified in the Claim 1 is an antibacterial pH regulator, lime and corrosion inhibitor; and the product ensures the removal of the lime and corrosion remains already formed in the installation and boilers during the water transmission process as the lime inhibitor in time and prevent any lime and corrosion formation during the period of usage of the system.

64. The device specified in the Claim 1 is an antibacterial pH regulator, lime and corrosion inhibitor; and it prevents the algae and bacteria formation within waters where recirculation is realized in the swimming pools.

65. Antibacterial, pH Regulator, Lime and Corrosion Inhibitor

Technical field of the invention:

The invention is related to elimination of the bacteria, pH regulation, pH maintenance, lime and corrosion inhibition in water used in any area and potable water.

Known situation of method:

Various different systems are used separately for bacteria elimination, pH regulation, lime inhabitation in the known water treatment systems. UV, ozone, chlorine and similar devices and chemicals might be used for bacteria elimination. Chemicals are required to be used for pH regulation. Water demineralizer devices, magnetic corrosion inhibitors and chemicals might be used for lime and corrosion inhibition. Constant maintenance and extra cost are required in such water treatment systems.

Technical Problems Aimed to be Handled with the Invention:

Potable water and utility water should be in the same nature and clean. As the water treatment device, it is a product which gathers the properties as antibacterial, pH regulator, lime and corrosion inhibitor within the same device and carries out the operation realized by 3 different products with only one and the same device without causing any extra cost.

Using antibacterial, pH regulator, lime and corrosion inhibitor decreases the amount of expensive chemicals in the rate of 50% which are used to demineralize the waters and ensure soaps and detergents to foam more intensively by decreasing the hardness of water. It provides savings in significantly high rate economically. Antibacterial, pH Regulator, Lime Inhibitor is proved to protect device from corrosion. It increases the performance of washing machines and dish washers, saves from the electricity consumption and ensures the machines to have a long lifetime by avoiding them to be calcified. Besides, it decreases the usage rate of natural gas in central heating boilers and boilers used for heating in the industry and houses.

Using Antibacterial, pH Regulator, Lime and Corrosion Inhibitor prevents using high amount of chlorine by keeping the pH balanced in water and turning it into antibacterial form. It is known that the excessive amount of chlorine causes harm on human health.

It has been detected that antibacterial, pH regulator, lime and corrosion inhibitor prevents algae formation and eliminates the odor in the water. Compounds dissolved which releases odor during the ventilation which is a step of the method used for tap water treatment are oxidized and turn into odorless, insoluble precipitating compounds. Odor has been eliminated; however, deposits are formed within the pipes and on the surfaces which contact with the water. Antibacterial, pH regulator, Lime and Corrosion Inhibitor eliminates the odor by breaking substances precipitated which causes odor in the odor-elimination process. It provides the water treatment as well.

When the findings obtained as the result of the experiences conducted have been examined, it has been seen that Antibacterial, pH regulator, Lime and Corrosion inhibitor spoils the molecule structure of the lime and regulates the pH and has the nature of lime inhibitor, corrosion inhibitor;

Balance is established and pH is kept fixed on 7.70.

pH of swimming pool water should be kept between 7,2 - 7,6. Antibacterial, pH regulator, Lime and Corrosion Inhibitor is found suitable to be used as pH regulator and bacteria eliminator for the pools. It has been understood that Antibacterial, pH regulator, Lime and Corrosion Inhibitor has antibacterial nature in tap and well water in the researchers conducted in swimming pools, industry (water cooling towers, injection presses and molds, high frequency pits, industry operates with water cooling, automobiles).

It has been specified that potable and utility water sample complies with the values specified in Regulation Concerning Water Intended for Human Consumption as the result of the water analyses and bacteriological analyses conducted by T.R Ministry of Health Directorate of Refik Saydam Sanitation Center DIRECTORATE OF ISTANBUL REGIONAL SANITATION INSTITUTE. The hazards caused by the chemicals on the human health are a known fact. Antibacterial, pH regulator, Lime and Corrosion inhibitor which does not include any chemical, spoil the chemical structure of water has been proved to be used safely. Accordingly, it regulates pH of, cleans and recycles the active alkaline water within closed circuit and short time obtained in all water treatment activities, houses (municipal water), well water, washing machines, dish washers, heating systems, automobiles, ships, hospitals and sanitariums, hotels, schools, swimming pools, poultry farms, bovine/small cattle animal farms, medicine factories, cosmetics factories, industrial cooling towers, car washing activities, military units, food factories, bread bakeries, patisseries, textile, paint, paper, leather, sugar, agriculture and agricultural watering activities, beer industrial, construction concrete mixtures, grinding and fabric washing activities. Similarly, neutralizes and cleans the acidic waters with closed circuit and transform it into a usable form. In other words, it has been proved to be used safely in each unit where water is used.

The invention ensures the removal of the lime and corrosion remains already formed in the installation and boilers during the water transmission process as the lime inhibitor in time and prevent any lime and corrosion formation during the period of usage of the system.

The invention prevents the algae and bacteria formation within waters where recirculation is realized in the swimming pools.

The invention transmits AF frequency in 600-3000 KHz square wave in different lengths produced in the electronic circuit to the coils; and serves as a breaker. Therefore, it regulates the structure of water.

It has been proved to serve as an Antibacterial, pH regulator, Lime and Corrosion Inhibitor in all places requiring water, all water treatment activities, houses (municipal waters), well waters, washing machines, dish washers, heating systems, automobiles, ships, hospitals and sanitariums, hotels, schools, swimming pools, poultry farms, bovine animal/small cattle farms, medicine factories, cosmetics factories, industr iling towers, car washing activities, military units, food factories, bread ba _ JS, patisseries, textile, paint, paper, leather, sugar, agriculture and agricultural watering activities, beer industry, construction concrete mixtures. Furthermore, Antibacterial, pH regulator, Lime and Corrosion Inhibitor cleans and recycles active alkaline water obtained in grinding and fabric washing activities in a closed circuit within a short time. Similarly, it neutralizes and cleans the acidic waters with closed circuit and transform it into a usable form. In other words, Antibacterial, pH regulator, Lime and Corrosion Inhibitor has been proved to be used safely in each unit where water is used.

Application of Invention on Industry:

It regulates pH value for a particular time, shows antibacterial property and prevents corrosion formation and ensures it to have normal values and to be re used in a closed circuit in the industrial areas such as medicine industry, sugar factory, bread production and patisserie, agriculture and textile industry, paint and leather industry, cosmetics, paper factory, poultry production, small cattle/bovine animal farm, construction cement factory, auto-industry; and in the prevention of corrosion and lime formation in cooling towers; and as antibacterial pH and corrosion inhibitor in pools, in the algae formation; and in regulation of pH in the active waters wasted in the industry (pH for water outcome as waste water in denim dyeing. Similarly, it regulates pH value of the value formed in acidic environment (pH 3 of active waste waters received from domestic and veneering in closed circuit) for a particular time, shows antibacterial property and prevents corrosion formation and ensures it to have normal values and to be re-used.

It regulates the pH value obtained from the mold cooling water in industrial injection machinery and prevents corrosion and lime formation and ensure the extension of the lifetime of the mold. Therefore, it increases the operation performance of the mold.

It is used in any industrial institution and establishment in a much higher level of quality and performance where the water is used.
