Abstract:
Disclosed are an antibacterial spunlace non-woven fabric and a preparation method therefor. The antibacterial spunlace non-woven fabric is prepared by firstly preparing a spunlace non-woven fabric from a pure plastic material (PET, PP, etc.) or a fiber yarn material containing a metal element (zinc, copper, aluminum, silver, etc.), and then passing same through an antibacterial agent solution prepared from various components at a ratio. The antibacterial spunlace non-woven fabric of the present invention has a reasonable component ratio, is beneficial for improving an antibacterial property, fungus resistance and hygroscopicity, and has properties such as a good air permeability. The means of directly passing through a solution is used during the preparation to ensure antibacterial and hygroscopic uniformity, which makes the antibacterial and hygroscopic properties of a product efficient and durable.
