Abstract:
The present application relates to an antibody specifically binding to ROR1, a conjugated drug thereof, and a preparation method therefor and use thereof. The inventor of the present application develops an antibody against ROR1. The antibody and an antibody-drug conjugate can bind to a purified ROR1 protein and ROR1 on the surfaces of various tumor cells with high specificity, have a unique antigen binding epitope, have significant anti-tumor activity, and have high affinity and very low immunogenicity.
