Abstract:
An antibody combination for replacing a side scatter signal in mass cytometry hematological tumor immunophenotyping, being a Lactoferrin antibody and a Lysozyme antibody. A gating method for mass cytometry hematological tumor immunophenotyping. A test kit for mass cytometry hematological tumor immunophenotyping. The Lactoferrin antibody and the Lysozyme antibody are used for the first time, and a two-stage gating policy is performed in combination with a CD45 antibody. Additionally, in cooperation with a mass cytometer, the distinguishing among subsets in bone marrow, such as a mature granulocyte subset, a mononuclear cell subset, a nucleated red blood cell subset, a lymphocyte subet, a primitive and juvenile cell subset, an abnormal cell subset, by CD45/SSC of conventional flow cytometry can be replaced, thus breaking through the technical problem that SSC cannot be detected in hematological tumor cell analysis by mass cytometry, and being capable of improving the current depth of immunophenotyping of the hematological tumors in combination with a multi-parameter high-throughput characteristic of mass cytometry.
