Abstract:
An antibody fusion protein comprising: i) a multivalent (e.g., bivalent) antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof specifically recognizing Angiopoietin-2 (Ang2) ( "multivalent anti-Ang2 antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof" ), and ii) a vascular endothelial growth factor receptor (VEGFR) component, wherein the multivalent anti-Ang2 antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof does not inhibit the binding between Ang2 and TEK receptor tyrosine kinase (TIE2). Also provided are methods of making and uses thereof.
