Abstract:
A method of efficiently purifying a bispecific antibody with the use of a chromatographic column which comprises modifying an amino acid occurring on the variable region surface of two kinds of antibodies constituting the bispecific antibody, thereby introducing a difference in isoelectric point between the H-chains of these two antibodies, and using this difference in isoelectric point. A method of efficiently purifying a bispecific antibody with the use of a chromatographic column which comprises integrating individual antigen-binding sites (heavy chain variable regions) into the constant regions of antibodies having different isoelectric points and expressing these antibodies at the same time.
