Abstract:
The present invention relates to an antibody specifically binding to a pancreatic adenocarcinoma upregulated factor (PAUF) protein, and a use thereof. The antibody of the present invention binds to the PAUF protein with high specificity and affinity and inhibits the proliferation, migration, penetration and in vivo growth of cancer cells, thereby being effectively used in the field of diagnosis and treatment of diseases, such as cancer, in which the PAUF protein is overexpressed.
