Abstract:
The present application provides an antibody targeting interleukin 36R, a preparation method therefor, and an application thereof. Specifically, the present application provides an IL-36R antibody having high affinity and high bioactivity. The antibody can bind to IL-36R with high affinity, and can block the binding between an IL-36R ligand (α, β, γ) and the IL-36R and a signal path activated by the IL-36R ligand, thereby treating and/or preventing IL-36 related diseases.
