Abstract:
The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating cancer, comprising keratin. The composition increases the expression of various genes associated with apoptosis, inhibits the expression of genes associated with cell proliferation, and inhibits the proliferation of cancer cells, and thus may be useful as an agent for preventing or treating cancer.
